If you are interested, all you need to do is to create a free account HERE. Please be noted that account registration is a must, even though you have already sent your resume and application letter to our recruitment e-mail address.

We will contact you to arrange an interview via Skype if your profile matches our requirements.

Step 2: Interview

After application screening, we will arrange an interview via Skype for each potential applicant.

The interview will last for about 20-30 minutes to check your confidence, fluency and diction as well as your Internet connection and teaching equipment.

We will also discuss your qualifications, experiences and your available teaching schedule.

If you pass the interview round, you will then move on to the next step of the recruitment process, a demo lesson.

Step 3: Demo lesson

The applicant will receive instructions about the demo lesson through e-mail, including the lesson schedule, name and level of the student, material to be used and some more reminders about the demo.

The demo lesson will last for 25 minutes, similar to any other lesson at Studynet. It will also be recorded for evaluation purposes. Your teaching skills, for example, lesson preparation, giving directions, objectives establishment and interaction with learners, will all be tested carefully.

If you pass the demo lesson round, you will receive a Letter of Offer via email.

Step 4: Start tutoring

A Letter of Offer will be sent to all applicants who have passed the demo lesson round. This includes the confirmation of the new tutors’ preferred schedule, description of tutor responsibilities and the company’s remuneration policies.

Once we receive your respond to the job offer, we will then prepare the service agreement and complete your Studynet profile (avatar, audio recording, etc.)

You are also required to attend a training session with our Recruitment and Training Coordinator for a maximum of five days (two hours/day). Length of training could be shorter depending on the ability of the tutor. The training session aims to test and develop your abilities in speech, writing and listening so you can instruct and help learners develop their English skills in different areas. It also helps you get familiar with our system, teaching platform and teaching curriculum. On your last training day, you will be given a test to make sure you are ready to start teaching.

Once you complete your training session, your tutor account at Studynet will be activated with full functions. Then you can start opening classes and enjoy your time with Studynet!
